Because you are the first person you will be the HipChat admin for the company, which means that you will basically be in charge of what people do using the HipChat site. To complete this form you will have to specify your name, your work email, your job title, the password you would like to use, your company’s name, or the name of your organization, team, school group, etc., and the subdomain that you want to use. Remember that the password you choose should be something that is easy for you to remember. At the same time it should also be something that other people will not easily be able to guess. Think about this carefully. Your email address is needed so that the verification email can be sent to you and so that you will be able to access your account if you ever forget your password. 1. Go to the Lobby
2. Scroll down to the People section

You will also be able to delete any 1-to-1 chat history files from this webpage. This will delete the file permanently, so make sure that you have selected the corrected file.
